The principal purpose of the IQC (International Qualifications and Certifications Executive Sub Committee of itSMF International) is to support and influence the development and consistency of any qualifications and certifications within the field of IT Service Management, in particular ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000 and other applicable standards on a worldwide basis.
There are four working groups in the IQC Team:
- Certifications
- Qualifications
- Translation
- Academic Research
We are currently active in the first area related to Certifications; specifically ISO20000 related activities.
