itSMF Egypt Chapter translates ITSM material
EAITSM / itSMF Egypt is taking serious and passionate actions towards translating the ITSM material into Arabic, and we are already in progress.
ITIL Exams Translation :
We are glad to announce that we have delivered Arabic exams translation in a joint translation project with APMG, the owner and developer of all ITIL exams, in its effort to translate all exams to 14 languages.

Our translation project with APMG is continuous and still ongoing as new updates, versions, changes are necessary.
The translated Arabic exams are available through all Examination Institutes (EIs) since Jul. 6th, 2009.
ITIL V3 Glossary Translation :
itSMF Egypt Chapter has successfully completed the ITIL® V3 Glossary Arabic Translation project. The Arabic version is already delivered to itSMF International for publication and will be available soon.

Please note : EAITSM / itSMF Egypt is an NPO, and the profit collected from selling the translated material will be fed into the chapter income. All of the translation activities are based on volunteer contributions.
