On Saturday, Sep. 12th, a meeting was held with representative from the industry working in Egypt, including vendor and consumer companies, in the ITSM field.
The meeting minutes are as follows:

Time: Saturday, Sep. 12th, from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Attendees: Representatives from the following companies:
Agenda:
- Introduction of delegates & Industry written survey conducted
- Overview on itSMF, Egypt chapter, and its activities
- Discussion on industry interests in Egypt, mutual cooperation between the chapter and the companies, how can the chapter help, what are the community priorities, … etc.
- Discussion on expansion towards the Arabic region and investment opportunities (e.g. Sudan), companies joint ventures in Egypt and other Arabic countries.
The meeting was very fruitful and achieved more than what was expected from it.
More industry meeting will be held repetitively on irregular basis.
We encourage all individuals and corporates working in the ITSM field in Egypt to get involved with us in all of our activities for the greater betterment of the community.
